Not Happy With Your Purchase?

Rest assured, all products are Quality Checked before dispatch to make sure they are the best for our customers.

If your purchase still does not meet your expectations, please read our returns policy below.​

• In the unfortunate event that your item is faulty, Jewellery Jac will offer a free replacement.

• In instances were an item has become out of stock, a refund will be issued in lieu. 

• Refunds will not be offered in instances were items are faulty as a result of accident, neglect or misuse.

• Any items that have been used or worn cannot be returned for a refund.

• All items returned (faulty or otherwise) must be in their original packaging and returned within 28 days of purchase. 

• A refund will be issued once the items have safely arrived back to us.
